Complaints and Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your item, please contact me as soon as possible! The easiest way is to send a mail to
– Did the size not match? Then send the item back to me, I’ll do a new one in the right size. Of course I will charge no extra.
– If the loop or button comes off, I fix this at no cost. You must present a receipt or order confirmation on the goods.
– If the package is broken, you should make a complaint directly to the delivery company. If the package you have returned did not reach us, it must be reported to the delivery company. Therefore, save your receipt of shipment for returns!


Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days rights of regret when you buy goods online in Sweden. The period starts when you received the goods. You have the right to return the goods and get your money back. This is governed by the law on distance contracts and off-premises.

When you regret a purchase, please send the item back within 14 days. The buyer should pay for the return shipping. It is also to prefer if you have saved the original box and packing to use it for returning the goods. Save all receipts, order confirmations, payment transfers and the like so that you can show that you have purchased the item and when the purchase was made. When you return a package you will get a tracking number, this helps you track the package. If  you regret your purchase, you will get your money back as soon as possible or within 14 days.
